They are a business looking for a cash grab. Shame on them. Edit: it's sad that they basically accuse me of racism when I point out their unethical business practices. Some people just don't want to hear the truth, I suppose. And they want to take advantage of people, but I digress. Please think twice about providing this company with your credit card info, I had to learn this lesson the hard way.
An absolute disgrace. They're conveniently closed, so that when I try to cancel an appointment (two days in advance, I might add) they're unwilling to do so. They used my cancelation request email as their impetus to both cancel my appointment *and at the same time* proceed to run my card for $265. I am disgusted. I am insulted. They know that I'm an active service member, home for holiday block leave, and trying to relieve stress injury-related pain.
