Unacceptable Lack of Communication and Support This facility refuses to communicate with family members about a patient’s health or well-being. They won’t return phone calls and have even gone as far as blocking my phone number. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and involving my in addressing this situation. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this facility with their loved ones.

My experience working there has been nothing but bad, management does not help they put blame on you as director and then keep the employees that are the worst of the worst even though you have everything to prove they are not fit to care for people, I had to quit because I was in disgust at how management handles hostile and neglectful employees, oh and they were hired back the minute I quit. I world not recommend working there.

Ever since new ownership a lot has changed for the better! Morgan is one of the most sweetest people I've met, she is very welcoming, says hi to every resident that pass by her. Olivia is such a sweetheart too. Very clean place! Helpful employees, when I was there many asked have I been helped.
