Products may not arrive as shown in or on description. As far as seats go they may show black and show up in brown. Product quaility is good but returns or refunds will be a challenge. Instead of explaining how to return or move forward they will argue and try to make it like its something you should have just known.

Highly Highly recommend using Arlington Power-sports for this products and customer service… Their customer service I can’t compliment enough!!! I had an issue with my brand new bike that I purchased a day prior (that I personally caused) and Sonny took me under his wing and made it back to new just like that. To me customer service is just as important as the product you are purchasing and they demonstrated both off the charts… Thank you again!!!

I ordered a Trailblazer 200R two weeks prior to grandsons birthday. After about a week i called to see what the status was only to find out it hadn't shipped yet. The reason I am giving it a four star is because the sales rep Paul jumped through hoops to get it to me prior to his birthday. Paul was also very knowledgeable of what I was looking for. I had called the company directly rather than ordering online. I would encourage calling and dealing with Paul. The kart so far is performing just fine.

I bought a go kart from Arlington Power Sports a few months ago for my two daughters. The man that helped, a large Hispanic man stated that he would give me a deal on a go kart that had been already assembled and had been sitting on the lot for a while, per him. I was quoted a price of over $3800. Over $700 above the website listed pricing. When asked about the difference, I was told it was due to the assembly fee. I came in and Raymond quickly got me the scooter I wanted no hassle no hidden fees out the door was easy as possible you all make sure to come shop with him best deals I've ever seen ! I'd say boss man needs to give him a raise !
