Communication is horrible with this company. Website states delivery information within 5 days, 2 weeks later and multiple emails/calls finally got the item shipped. Once it arrived, a vital bolt/nut that holds suspension to frame was missing(bought a similar one at a hardware store just to buy time since it was a Christmas gift and it didn't arrive until the 22nd due to their failure to make sure it shipped). I ordered a dirt bike for my son and it took over two weeks for it to arrive, and when it did, the battery was dead so I had to disassemble part of the bike to get to the battery to charge it, and the stickers were peeling off of it and not even put on straight. I'm so disappointed.
Great prices, easy buying process, good email communication, fast shipment, product arrived slightly damaged due to shipment company. Seller quickly stepped up to correct the issue that was no fault of theirs. I am very impressed with the high level of customer service. I highly recommend buying from this company! Go-Kart is of good quality. Runs very well. Easy to assemble after watching two YouTube videos. My son is loving his new toy. Tao Tao develops a great outdoor recreational vehicle.
