I ordered a Trailblazer 200R two weeks prior to grandsons birthday. After about a week i called to see what the status was only to find out it hadn't shipped yet. The reason I am giving it a four star is because the sales rep Paul jumped through hoops to get it to me prior to his birthday. Paul was also very knowledgeable of what I was looking for. I had called the company directly rather than ordering online. I would encourage calling and dealing with Paul. The kart so far is performing just fine.
These guys were awesome, friendly, professional, fast, etc! My new vitacci intrepid 200 is so nice y'all! Thank you guys!!! Will be ordering again SOON!!! Edit: Almost 300 miles on er already! Runs great! Still in break-in period! I love my Vitacci!!!
I drove from Houston to purchase my scooter. I was very happy with my purchase the young man spent a lot of time explaining to me all the different pros and cons of each scooter I chose the 300 cc trike scooter and I love it the staff were all very polite and treated me with the utmost kindness
Daniella and Arnold went above and beyond to help me with my e-bike brakes. After taking my e-bike to several local bike shops, they all refused to work on my bike. Thankfully, I found Arlington Power Sports. They were willing to look at it and helped me replace my broken brakes and bled them as well. Ordered and paid for a motorcycle seat on their website. Clearly says free shipping. They call me 3 days later telling me shipping will be $45! They will not honor what their website states. I cancelled order. This is not good business practice.
