My experience with them was GREAT they helped me get my husband exactly what he wanted..I placed my order on Thursday & received my ATV 3 days later of course I paid the express shipping & it was worth that extra money
Great prices, easy buying process, good email communication, fast shipment, product arrived slightly damaged due to shipment company. Seller quickly stepped up to correct the issue that was no fault of theirs. I am very impressed with the high level of customer service. I highly recommend buying from this company! Go-Kart is of good quality. Runs very well. Easy to assemble after watching two YouTube videos. My son is loving his new toy. Tao Tao develops a great outdoor recreational vehicle.
These guys are awesome! Placed my order on line & was contacted the next day for followup as my shipping address was the same as a family member. They we checking to make sure we didn't duplicate an order in error.
I was skeptical to order on line and after the grandkids go kart was delivered I was questioning my decision. The go cart had damage to the wiring and starter. I sent pictures to the rep and they quickly sent everything needed to fix the damage. Great Customer Service with very fast response. Thanks to whoever was responsible. Grandkids absolutely love the XRXR MINI +.
