Our 90+ mother has lived in assisted living for 2 years. The activity staff are superb, food so-so (lots of carbs), the facility is clean. The staff who dispense meds at times will just leave them in my mom's apt., which she tells them she'll take later. NO! My mom has moderate dementia and should be watched while taking meds!!! This has been problematic - 3rd time it's happened, even tho we've complained to on-site nurse!!!
I don't want to give them any stars. They are a greedy, unconscionably managed group of horrible people. Inhumanely broke up a retirement community in St. Charles IL.
