I started working here over 2 years ago and truly enjoy the residents and staff. We have a beautiful location and strive to make it feel like home. I am lucky to have found a job where we work as a team.
I’ve worked at Arlington place for 4 years. The environment is great, it’s a home it doesn’t resemble a nursing home. Staff and residents are wonderful. Activities are engaging and wonderful, kitchen/food is great. I wound recommend The Arlington Place in Red Oak, Iowa to all my family and friends!
Very nice place! I visit often as I am tutored in French from a lady there, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. :)
A couple years ago, I had posted a one star review of Arlington Place detailing a very horrible time and experience we had with a family member under their care. This morning, I deleted that review after touring and seeing all of the positive changes they have made. Starting with new management, staff and training.
