I brought my laptop in for a display problem paid $200 for my laptop service not only did they have it for almost 5 weeks But I finally get it fixed ,then tell me they installed the 2 motherboards in it , so I’m like ok cool I bring it home the display is some-timing when I put it on the dock, I bring it back they tell me to install the drivers (Which should have been installed when I got it back ) So I installed them only using the mouse didn’t need keyboard ⌨️ to do that. It is amazing my phone got fixed so fast and it’s so nice
Took my iPhone 13 for charging port replacement and I was told it would take a few hours to get done which was okay , went to go pick up my phone and the employee on the shift told me he would have to refund me because he couldn’t do it and the job was to hard , I noticed the corner of my screen had a burn mark on it and when I asked he said it will go away , after a month my screen is still the same and charging port was not fixed
