I called and spoke with Anthony a paralegal who said he'd follow up with an email which I never recieved. Followed up two weeks later and spoke with Anna. Asked for a brief conversation to discuss rates and services. Was told they wouldn't speak to me without paying $500+. I appreciate your response but I’ve found another provider who 1) follows through and 2) treats me like a person and not a widget to be processed.
Just a "WOW" all around. Ryan Brown and his assistants were the loveliest people. I got an appointment quickly. Will and other estate planning documents were all in draft form at my first appointment (they will provide a questionnaire prior to your appointment and draw up preliminary documents).
