The people there are doing a great job.
The Latina woman in charge of enrollment for the English courses did not act professionally. I had only confused the start date, but even though she already had my phone number from the placement test, she did not contact me and instead gave my spot to one of her compatriots. Since this is a public service funded by taxpayers, every student deserves the same treatment.
