No easy way to make a payment on a loan and additional processing fees were charged - $10 online or $25 if a person on the phone took the payment. Ridiculous!
Friendly staff Depends on who you get as a teller- the 'Manager' is not friendly at all and hides inside her office, not interacting with customer needs- There appears to be a high turnover, new employees that tend not to stay too long, shortage of personnel
