Not only is the merchandise magnificent and at an excellent price for what it is, but I was also particularly impressed by Fay, who was the staff member who helped me. The quality of crocodile purses from this place are excellent. Ive been using mine everyday for the last 9 years and I still get compliments! Still looks amazing. I returned to see if they still made the one I have and they don't but I met the most amazing lady Fay. Her knowledge on crocodile products and how to care for them amazed me. What a lovely genuine person. This shop is amazing I highly recommend. Great products with lovely friendly service. Your bag will last!
I’ve been on holidays in the NT looking for a crocodile belt and had struggled to find a good one. I went into the store today and seen Fay. She was extremely knowledgeable and took time and care to each and every customer. She made my decision seamless and was very helpful in telling me where it was from and which one would fit me best. I’m coming back again tomorrow with my sister to get her one thanks heaps Fay!
Always impressed with our purchases! Fay went above and beyond with making sure my suprise birthday present for my partner was created and delivered.... as the shaving bag was out of stock, Fay managed to track down enough leather to create one for us.
