Service was super helpful. Got help testing the fit for some downhill women’s ski boots with Connor. He was knowledgeable and could answer all my questions, including offering recommendations for different needs. Great visit; great staff. Solid selection of boots offered too.
Agressive attempts up charging Ski equipment/mounting and overpriced services that you could go quite literally across the street to Play it Again sports and get at least 30$ off the same mounting. Never going back again and am warning others to do the same
I went in to Arlberg in search of a specific ski, I didn’t expect to find it in stock, figured best case it’d have to be ordered and maybe arrive within 2 weeks. Marc took the time to search through all the inventory, and tucked in the back was the exact pair I wanted, right width and length! They did the binding adjustment on the spot and bam, I had my skis on the hill the next day!
My family recently had such a great experience buying and leasing skis at Arlberg Portland. Marc was super helpful and fun to work with, putting my kids at ease and finding just what we needed! Great service and nice selection. Thanks Marc you rock!
