We stopped by last week. The shopkeeper was kind, friendly and very helpful. They had a great selection of items and were kind enough to provide some other recommendations for our visit while in town.
Overall amazing store, staff and selection. The crew here is incredibly friendly and helpful, and go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve bought skis, boots and outerwear for me and my family over the years and we couldn’t be happier. They even helped get a manufacturer to honor an expired warranty, saving me tons of money for a busted pair of boots. 5 full stars, extremely happy to continue giving these guys our business!
My family needed ski equipment but didn't know what the best fit would be. Matt S. spent the time we needed explaining the equipment to us with no pressure to let us decide what was best for us. He gave us the information, we made the decision. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He has gone above and beyond to help us out. We will continue working with Matt and Arlberg for our skis and gear.
Great group of people to deal with! Friendly knowledgeable staff, great product knowledge and assistance. Highly recommend.
Visited today and Sasha was fantastic in helping me gear up to get back into snowboarding after a 20+ year hiatus. Really appreciated her advice and expertise.
