Came to Arlan's today ask for celery salt was told it was on aisle 4 but I couldn't take my back pack in like I was some type of low life criminal i ask them to escort me to get my product then was told they wouldn't want to give customer service that way in that instant a woman just so happens to walk in with her purse so I asked him why he didn't ask her to leave her purse and belongings at the front desk like I had been ask to and he said it wasn't the same thing but if you look at it from a homeless Veterans perspective ... read more

I've always wondered if you left a bad review how long it would stay on. if who you're speaking of will quickly take it down. earlier today I was reading about a veteran who is homeless not receiving good customer service at this store I believe it was because they didn't want him to take a backpack inside I'm assuming because he was homeless maybe the backpack is all he had where he kept all of his valuables I would understand why he wouldn't want to leave that anywhere I believe he said he asked an employee to help him and... read more
