**DO NOT TRUST THIS SOLICITOR!** I have had an absolutely horrendous experience with Mr. Waseem Bhatti, who operates under *three* different names: **Arkwright Solicitors, BHATI AND BHATT Solicitors, and WM Solicitors**. He is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable solicitor I have ever come across. First of all, he NEVER responds to emails or phone calls, leaving clients completely in the dark.
