I always hesitate to write bad reviews but I don't have much good to say about Arkose. I used them for my 2024 returns but was underwhelmed by their services. Terrible communication; mistakes on my return that I FOUND. No help in looking at my portfolio to see how I could lower my taxes in the future. The real kicker was when I dropped my returns off and asked the office manager to email me when they were filed and her response was, 'oh, I don't have time for that'.
