Mistakes, Untruthful, Unresponsive My 92-year old mother used them for her 2023 return. One year later she still does not have her refund due to Arkose’s error. They omitted some information, filed an amended return without her signature and without her knowledge, then lied about the reason an amendment was needed and told me they were unaware 2 returns had gone through in the system. Arkose Tax has been great for both my small business and individual tax returns. Very willing to help, communicate in a timely manner, and correct any revisions promptly. I wish Google would let me give another star. The willingness to go above and beyond is rare these days and Arkose delivers.
I wish I could recommend more. No one responds to emails, everything takes 10x longer than other firms. Promises to amend previous mistakes aren't done. Its a painful process working with this group. Business and personal taxes, I've moved away.
The small business I work for, started with Arkose in late 2022 and we have been extremely happy. We were referred to them by a colleague and they have exceeded our expectations. We plan on continuing to use them for all our tax needs. Great customer service as well!
