As a designer who has used Kolbi multiple times in the past, I am incredibly disappointed with a recent finding to start selling directly to the public. For a company that is still relatively new, this is not a great start and certainly not a good look for them. Very happy with our new Kolbi dining table and their customer service was excellent too.
I was blown away by the excellent service by the team at Kolbi. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our recently purchased couch. I cannot not recommended them more highly.
Couldn’t be happier with our Kolbi dining table. The quality is amazing and the service from the Kolbi team from the time of purchase through to delivery and post delivery has been exceptional.
The most helpful customer centric company! I was after the Oat Tide arm chair and managed to source the last one in the white color directly with Kolbi. I was mid building house and didn’t know when I could take delivery. They have been so accommodating and worked with me with so much patience to deliver when I was ready. The chair is absolutely beautiful! L
