Unprofessional and will leave you on hold for hours. Website gives little to no information on what you need for certain things.
Zero stars. It is appalling the way you get treated when you call the vital records office. The lady who answered the phone was RUDE beyond belief. You're asked a question then talked over and not allowed to answer. You get told to call back a number that has no voice mail and is not answered no matter how many times you call. You get talked down to like you're a child. I always dread having to deal with that office and their horrible, belittling, and unprofessional customer service. I ordered my birth certificate 5/2025, I received it a month later to update my Nevada ID went to my local DMV and couldn't update it, why cause they spelled my name wrong & place of birth which is in Warren Arkansas & my mother's name! I paid $12 for that one, So for them to correct it I had to pay another $27 for them to correct something they did! Well here we are a month later still waiting NOTHING! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR PHONE! Shame on you just taking people money!

In there was option to give this agency a “0” stars I would. Called to find out what’s required to obtain a copy of my brother’s birth certificate at the request of the funeral home. Before I could even state he’s recently passed away, the rude person (didn’t get her name) advised that he has to come in person. After I shared he recently passed away no sense of morals or sympathy just went on to say I need a letter on letterhead from the funeral home indicating why it’s needed.
