As a fellow owner of an Investigations Firm and NAPPS member I am so shocked on how poorly they operate their company. We send a service over on 6/2/2025 and they haven't communicated one thing to us yet even though we have made a few calls to them and the people who answered the phone is not all that helpful nor do they have any attempt information on our case. We will end up filing a NAPPS grievance report on this firm since this is not the level of service we come accustomed to with other NAPPS members.
Fast, professional service! They served our documents in multiple counties in Arkansas and their website made it easy for us to send them. We highly recommend them!
They were not able to serve the papers. They said they could not locate him. Now they will return emails or phone calls, so I can get my paperwork to be served by someone else.
