Spoke with the pleasant witch to let her know that the minnows were so small and tadpoles were huge, made a big mistake one sent my husband two was told by head witch I didn't have to buy them and was quickly hung up on. Won't purchase here ever again and will let my favorite feed store in Cleveland know these are not good people.

The fish are good and stay alive. The lady that answers the phone is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. She acts like taking a phone call is a real pain in the butt. When you say, “ thank you very much, bye” and she just hangs up because the phone call was so hard for her, it doesn’t show well for the company. I’ve complained about this lady a few times and she’s still there making it difficult to make an order over the phone.

This company has you pre order and gives you a time slot 9:30-10:30 to be at a location but they always manage to be an hour or more late. Would not recommend unless you have a whole day to sit and wait around.
