Do you guys make sure your drivers know how to drive before you send them out on the road risking other people's safety? 2 separate times in less than 5 minutes one your drivers in his truck who was all over the road as it is without using a sign swerved over twice almost plowing into me. First time I didn't honk, second time I did because this time it was closer and I had to swerve to not be hit. Ordered 400 red ear sunfish, and 15 pounds of fat head minnows. Unfortunately, I lost about half of the minnows and half of the red ear sun fish even though we following the releasing instructions thoroughly. I blame the extreme August heat. Reached back out to the company and will be reimbursed the 200 red eared sunfish, and 8 pounds of fat head minnows when they come back through our area. The reimbursement process was simple and painless. Just have to wait for them to come through our area again.
Ordered 100 catfish for Dunn Nc pickup was told Aug8 and even called the day before to verify time and was told truck would be there between eight and nine about 8:30 a man come out from store and I was told they were there 2 days before so this company is complete trash beware spend your money elsewhere with people that actually care about there customers
Ordered 100 catfish to put in pond my husband built for the kids when he got there they had already left 30 minutes early contacted them and they didn’t even have the catfish on truck excitement turned into anger will definitely not do further business with better off catching them ourselves
