Customer Service is absolutely the worst. Springs for power washer was ordered April 29,2022 to be delivered on May 4th. I inquired several times throughout May only to be lied about whereabouts. They assured package was on its way even after USPS reported lost package. Package still not found according to USPS (May 28th). Asked for reshipment of $5 items and was told they would not do that until original items were returned.
