I have been a customer with AFCU now for about a month. Customer service has not been helpful. I do not have access to my online banking account and no one can figure out why. The teller in Greenbrier lacked any warmth. She was not rude, but she definitely made my first experience not good. She was cold and treated me like a transaction instead of a person. If it wasn't for the great loan rate I got I would not be a customer. The moment I can leave this bank, I will.
Greenbrier location and Kami, best customer service I have ever had.
Every one is so helpful and knowledgeable. I wished we had one in our town.
