I've never had a problem at the credit union . Every one very nice and helpful.

1 teller at lunch for the drive thru! All lanes full with over flow! Been here for 15 minutes already and still waiting! Ridiculous!
Arkansas Federal Credit Union has terrible functionality within the realm of banking. They are never up to date or compatible with other banking industries and don't seem to care much for their customers.
I have found nothing but the most friendly and helpful staff at the Cabot branch of AFCU. I have had to go in person and on the phone they are always friendly and happy,
A lot of the people at AFCU are not friendly and/or helpful like they are going way out of there way to help you, or your time doesn't mean anything to them.
I would not choose this bank to use. Their telephone service is impossible to use and when we have tried to do the internet banking the page never comes up. I have tried three months to put a deposit in the atm at night and it never works. It needs to be more user friendly.
