Yelled at a disabled customer over a defective product EDIT: after first owner response- The computer I "shoved in your face" is my AAC device — an augmentative communication tool I use because I have speech disabilities. Presenting it IS how I responded. Describing that as aggression is nothing but admitting ignorance. You write that you 'had no idea whatsoever' of any disability, but say I walked in with visible mobility and communication aids. I went in for some air in my kids bikes. They even cleaned the dirt of the chain. They even suggested a new tube for the bicycle.they were reasonabl & quite cheaper as compared to the other places

They helped me out with a seat post dilemma on a 25 year old Giant TCR2 project bike. The bicycle mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Paid $70 to get derailers adjusted on brand new Specialized bike and they are worse than when I took them in. The counter person made an offhand flippant comment about the bike not being adjusted right because I didn't buy it at the store.
