Great experience! Staff was very helpful guiding me to the right bike for my needs. Quick setup and review of the bike features and I was on my way to new adventures.
Yelled at a disabled customer over a defective product EDIT: after first owner response- The computer I "shoved in your face" is my AAC device — an augmentative communication tool I use because I have speech disabilities. Presenting it IS how I responded. Describing that as aggression is nothing but admitting ignorance. You write that you 'had no idea whatsoever' of any disability, but say I walked in with visible mobility and communication aids.
