Awful customer service. Sherwood store: Greg was extremely disrespectful and argumentative. Plus, he charged me more than what an employee I previously spoke with said I would pay for tires. Owner: After not receiving a callback from the owner, Richard, despite 2 requests, on my 3rd time calling, I finally was able to speak to him, only for him to defend Greg because it was "the best team he's got". If your looking for a nice bike even if a beginner I would recommend stopping in. See the staff at Arkansas Cycling & Fitness. Each one asked if I needed help and did not think they were to good to help me or my wife. Outstanding sevice which is one of the reasons I bought bikes and a rack.
I visited this past Saturday, 6-10-17, to gather info on biking, been 20+ years since I rode a bike, I will be 60 in a few months. Met Tommy, he answered all my questions, let me and my wife test ride a hybrid. I go pick mine up this Saturday. Will go straight to two rivers park to ride. I came up here at least three times looking for different bikes asking a million questions the whole time they were very patient and polite ended up getting a great deal on my specialized tarmac!
I had a great experience on my first (but not last) visit today. I was very apprehensive to go in & ask those "dumb" questions but their sales person, Tommy couldn't have made me feel more comfortable. He gave me such good information on what he recommended would be the bike for me. I left there knowing I really want to do business with them sometime in my future! #fingerscrossed
The folks at the west LR store have always been very friendly and helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am completely satisfied with any work they have performed.
Bought a bike from the NLR store. NEVER AGAIN! These guys should be working at a used car dealer on Broadway instead of the bike business.
