Awful customer service. Sherwood store: Greg was extremely disrespectful and argumentative. Plus, he charged me more than what an employee I previously spoke with said I would pay for tires. Owner: After not receiving a callback from the owner, Richard, despite 2 requests, on my 3rd time calling, I finally was able to speak to him, only for him to defend Greg because it was "the best team he's got".
