I sent an email in August updating address and sending estate paperwork. They still sent the tax documents to the wrong address and later called saying they needed estate documents. It took multiple voicemails and emails for Jason to answer my first question. When I went in to sign paperwork the secretary said they werent ready. Beware!!! The original owner was amazing and was professional and was available for his customers. Most of the original people who worked there are gone and for good reasons. The original owner sold it to the current owner and the service has went down hill. They did our return and made a huge mistake on it by $1600.00. The owner lied to us and never followed up with us to let us know why did his office make a mistake on our returns! He never got back with us.
