If there were zero stars I would rate Jason a minus zero. No communication and late on every. Buyer beware.
Unresponsive to follow-up questions, doesn’t return phone calls or support their work. Will not engage at all- terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Update - I forwarded several unanswered emails (there were also many unanswered calls). Thought it might help you to figure out your communication issues so I spent the time to follow-up.
Update: I’ve called the office multiple times and spoke with the secretary who passed along my recurring message multiple times over the last few months. I even left my mailing address for where the refund for the incomplete services could be sent since communication had not ben reciprocated. I have no record of a response. Communication was non-existent to the point where my taxes have not been filed (its July). The original draft filing was completely wrong and I had to make the errors known. Communications about those errors were lacking - for 6+ weeks. Then when it was corrected, I had to follow up weeks later to see if the corrections had been made.
