I am extremely satisfied with the support I received with my individual tax preparation. The team at Arkansas Accounting provided the timely and professional support I needed to adequately navigate the nuances of a complicated return. They also provided tax planning advice to leverage aspects of the OBB Act to make our business more successful this year. Responses are always prompt and the plethora of questions we have are always answered thoughtfully.
Arkansas Accounting is our go to group for anything tax related. They are dedicated to the best outcome for their clients and will go above and beyond to reach that. We will be using them as long as they’re around!!
If there were zero stars I would rate Jason a minus zero. No communication and late on every. Buyer beware.
Unresponsive to follow-up questions, doesn’t return phone calls or support their work. Will not engage at all- terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Update - I forwarded several unanswered emails (there were also many unanswered calls). Thought it might help you to figure out your communication issues so I spent the time to follow-up.
Update: I’ve called the office multiple times and spoke with the secretary who passed along my recurring message multiple times over the last few months. I even left my mailing address for where the refund for the incomplete services could be sent since communication had not ben reciprocated. I have no record of a response.
