Unresponsive to follow-up questions, doesn’t return phone calls or support their work. Will not engage at all- terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Update - I forwarded several unanswered emails (there were also many unanswered calls). I am extremely satisfied with the support I received with my individual tax preparation. The team at Arkansas Accounting provided the timely and professional support I needed to adequately navigate the nuances of a complicated return. They also provided tax planning advice to leverage aspects of the OBB Act to make our business more successful this year.
