Unresponsive to follow-up questions, doesn’t return phone calls or support their work. Will not engage at all- terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Update - I forwarded several unanswered emails (there were also many unanswered calls). Thought it might help you to figure out your communication issues so I spent the time to follow-up.
Update: I’ve called the office multiple times and spoke with the secretary who passed along my recurring message multiple times over the last few months. I even left my mailing address for where the refund for the incomplete services could be sent since communication had not ben reciprocated. I have no record of a response. Communication was non-existent to the point where my taxes have not been filed (its July). The original draft filing was completely wrong and I had to make the errors known. Communications about those errors were lacking - for 6+ weeks. Then when it was corrected, I had to follow up weeks later to see if the corrections had been made. Do not waste your time, money, mental, or emotional energy doing business with Jason or this establishment. Our situation is still ongoing and unresolved. Jason’s team filed one of our tax forms late. He told us to submit an extension to the IRS, did not take responsibility for the error, did not let us know it had happened (we found out directly from IRS that interest had accrued on the late filing from his team), and it still did not get resolved.
