Unresponsive to follow-up questions, doesn’t return phone calls or support their work. Will not engage at all- terrible customer service and lack of professionalism.
Communication was non-existent to the point where my taxes have not been filed (its July). The original draft filing was completely wrong and I had to make the errors known. Do not waste your time, money, mental, or emotional energy doing business with Jason or this establishment. Our situation is still ongoing and unresolved. Jason’s team filed one of our tax forms late. He told us to submit an extension to the IRS, did not take responsibility for the error, did not let us know it had happened (we found out directly from IRS that interest had accrued on the late filing from his team), and it still did not get resolved.
