I purchased a food trailer from Ark-La-Tex in April, its a nice trailer, except the roof leaks bad and trailer lights don't work. I have attempted to reach out to the company about these issues and can not get a response. I can not use the trailer right now due to the leaks ruining my equipment. Beware when purchasing a trailer as they don't stand behind their product.
I bought a 20ft fully complete and equipped food trailer from this company. The build quality is very good. The units are built on site from start to finish. The attention to detail is impressive. The trailers are built and completed by people who obviously have a lot of experience in the food service industry. Go see for yourself.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are amazing. We bought a 19 foot food trailer. We're very excited!
Very mean owner yelled at me for delivering his product just trying to do my job. Just wanna let people know how your owner such a two-faced.
