Horrible horrible horrible I would not t recommend these company to anybody
This company builds poor-quality trailers that will not pass standard health inspections without major modifications. Customer service is very low quality. Major defects discovered: • The refrigeration units do not match the promised specifications. • Defective plumbing, including undersized waste lines, unvented water tanks, and active leaks from the utensil sink. • Poor craftsmanship with major unsealed gaps throughout the interior walls and cooking equipment. •The Ac stopped working after one month I highly recommend look... read more
Avoid this company if you’re considering buying a food trailer. Our experience has been extremely disappointing. What initially seemed like a good deal turned into a trailer with what we believe was an improperly installed fire suppression system, axle issues, frame problems, and numerous other defects. I purchased a food trailer from Ark-La-Tex in April, its a nice trailer, except the roof leaks bad and trailer lights don't work. I have attempted to reach out to the company about these issues and can not get a response. I can not use the trailer right now due to the leaks ruining my equipment. Beware when purchasing a trailer as they don't stand behind their product.
