Overall, our experience with RCIC Oumesh Arjoon was very dissatisfactory. On his webpage, landing message is to 'Make your Canadian Dream Come True'. For us, it was completely the opposite. Our dreams were shattered after he took us on a right royal ride for about 3 months before going rogue. To start with, its very very difficult to reach him.
