I also had a bad experience with this association, they will just take your money. After you pay your fees they will no longer be nice with you or work with you like they're supposed to. All the lady does is prepare a couple of letters for you to mail and give you some information for you to read at home. They will waste your time if you're not careful. I regret ever seeking her help, I will go to an attorney to better help me.

Negative 50 stars! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE!! I called in yesterday to ask a few questions regarding an eviction process (as I am a homeowner) to become more informed and the woman on the voicemail called me back and seemed very willing to help at first. I am trying to evict my tenants who also happen to be my parents. I don't recommend coming here. I made the mistake of paying the lady that runs this place around to $500. I should have probed more on how exactly she would handle my case. It was very hard to get a hold of her afterwards, she made me believe she worked in her office 8-5 Mon-Fri and they were hardly ever there to answer my questions. I ended up taking my case somewhere else and where I was able to get better help and my money back from my landlord, cause here they weren't able to help me and it was a big waste of my time. Do ... read more

The company you went to is the one in Tempe. Not the one in Phoenix.

I witnessed how the lady who runs this place got hysterical over someone questioning their services. She will tell anyone to get out of this place if she feels she can't answer your questions. People wait a long time for a consultation. They have people waiting while the paralegal eats her lunch. I left in the middle of paperwork because I did not trust them anymore. I truly believe you are better off getting a good attorney that handles landlord tenant issues.
