About this business

We are advocates for the rights and remedies of Arizona renters. We provide expert assistance in helping a tenant understand the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, and their responsibilities as a tenant. We can help a tenant get repairs made, secure return of security deposits, assist a tenant in lawfully terminating the rental agreement, and we have referral attorneys who will defend a bogus eviction. We make appointments 7 days a week, from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Call for an appointment!
