First off it’s pretty hard to get ahold of anyone at the office (pre corona) even after I became a “member” I would never get responses to my emails and would end up having to call in, leave a voicemail, and wait for a return call. I was always told my emails were “never received” and was asked what email I would send it to. I hired Jan, who's the mastermind of this entire scam, that I had 16 problems in my unit, my apartment, that needed to be fixed and that were considered hazardous. My landlord would not fix them and the Scottsdale Housing Authority would not recognize them. I had to go to "Community Legal Services" in order to get proper representation that Jan could not represent.
