The Arizona board of pharmacy has POOR LEADERSHIP! They choose what emails they want to reply to and in my opinion BIASED. Instead of automatically dismissing NON-JURISDICTIONAL complaints, they waste everyone's time by investigating and demanding a statement from the party whom the complaint is about. Sit on the complaint and wait many months for the executive director to dismiss the complaint and up until 2024 have the board members ratify the executive director's dismissals.
