I have been working with Kevin Swindle and Donnie Diaz of ASL for the past couple of years. I am very appreciative of their technical knowledge and professionalism.
Excellent experience with Arizona Sound & Light. Robert and his team had a complicated installation to perform and did a beautiful job with professionalism and care, They also explain anything I had question on and made sure I understood everything. An extra bonus was they left the area they worked within cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommended.
This company has a lot of great reviews so not quite sure what happened in my case. I ask them to come to my church in December (2023) to diagnose a sound issue and two technicians came and spent about an hour and diagnosed what they believed the problem was. They said they would get back with me soon with an estimate. It is now the end of June and I've called them at least five times and each time they promise that someone will get back with me soon. ASL set up our home audio, network, and automated blinds. They were professional and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. In addition to the great customer service during installation, they continue to provide the same level of service when needs come up. Hands down the best service we have experienced. Robert has been our technician over the last several years and we couldn’t be happier.
