I can only hope that one day, whether through media exposure or state intervention, someone will hold Sevita’s training team and their coordinator accountable for their behavior. This company is a joke and is all about the money they get. Staff and Members are not treated like actual people. I wouldn't work here or trust any loved ones care with this company.
This is the most disorganized, dishonest and toxic workplace I’ve ever encountered. Management protects itself at all costs scapegoats group home managers and refuses to take responsibility for anything. They’ve been in power too long and use that to avoid consequences while promoting chaos. If you’re looking for professionalism, integrity or support you won’t find it here. Stay far away.
