This company is a joke and is all about the money they get. Staff and Members are not treated like actual people. I wouldn't work here or trust any loved ones care with this company.

This is the most disorganized, dishonest and toxic workplace I’ve ever encountered. Management protects itself at all costs scapegoats group home managers and refuses to take responsibility for anything. They’ve been in power too long and use that to avoid consequences while promoting chaos. If you’re looking for professionalism, integrity or support you won’t find it here. Stay far away.

Staff could take it out on individual or child or not. Sometimes they could over hear or not feel comfortable living and could lead into stress and anxiety issues. Overall I think the CEO in charge needs to be fired and the logo of it should be changed because of their policy and ch... read more
