Avoid the Arizona Mediation Institute! They do not know what they are doing. The Rule 69 mediation agreement they wrote myself and my ex, both having signed it in front of our attorneys at their office, was completely non-binding. So why pay them a $1000? Your ex can completely ignore the Rule 69 agreement and the Court, attorney's & mediators will do nothing about the violations. They are quite aware the whole process is a scam.
