I just had to share my experience after my deep tissue massage with Pilma yesterday. I was experiencing some pain in my lower left back/hip area. I also have ongoing issues with my neck and shoulder area. Her knowledge and technique were obvious throughout the 75 min. as she worked first on the problem areas and then wrapped up with a soothing finish. Today I feel amazing. I can't put into words how much I enjoyed and appreciated the massage techniques being used by Pilma in a therapeutic massage yesterday. My body is so much more relaxed and in-tune today. I really felt the responsiveness of my muscles and bio-feedback from her touch and pressure, often with very slow and methodical tension release. I ask her if she does prenatal massage because it is not advertised anywhere on her website. She says yes. So I buy the Groupon that says therapeutic massage thinking that was covered. She tells me prenatal is $100 for 60 min so I would have to pay the difference. pre natal is LESS WORK. Insane and disappointing.
