The hypnotherapy session helped me become clear on what changes I needed to make and to follow my intuition. It was great to have the recording to revisit. I did 4 sessions with Craig to help me heal from the fear of driving I developed after a serious car wreck 2 years ago. I can’t recommend him enough. Had an incredibly rewarding and telling couple of sessions with Craig. My first session was after finally recognizing that some of my chronic pain in my neck that had persisted for months was likely stress induced from medical PTSD.
