I had the opportunity to have a hypnotherapy session with Craig. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve had my therapy session. I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress and avoidance behaviors when things get difficult. I’ve noticed a considerable difference in how I tackle difficult situations and I’m not avoiding hard problems the way I used to. I would highly recommend seeing Craig if you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, or avoidance issues. After one session, you’ll notice a big difference.
