They could improve by being honest to the people who are supposed to be covered by their supplemental insurance and tell them it covers NOTHING!!!!
Self-serving. Probably "Think-tankers", with no real "floor" knowledge, of Healthcare.
This organization does not live up to their mission, takes positions contrary to public health and has puts out propaganda all of which is untrue and been debunked. Very disappointed with this organization.
