This is my second time working with Bill Borkowski! He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about everything in the process. If the time isn’t right for a refi he will be the first to tell you because he wants you to get the most out of the refi. I look forward to using him again in the future once rates drop more!

I just finished my third finance/refinance process. Bill Borkowski has been God sent. He always has all the answers to my questions and his vast knowledge and experience appeased all my concerns. The loan/refinance process have been smooth and quick. He communicated well with my real estate agents and even with the HOA in favor of me. I really enjoyed working with Bill and I wouldn't think of contacting anybody else for the next loan or refinance needs.

Bill took AMAZING care of throughout the ENTIRE process, and was able to help me navigate and lower my debt ratio to INCREASE my credit score by OVER 80 POINTS IN ONE MONTH. I had no idea what I was doing (first time buyer) so I followed his exact instructions. This man is a guru, and I am thrilled to say I’ve been in my beautiful home for almost a year, having had the process move so swiftly and smoothly.
