Amazing experience, friendly staff, clean environment, and very organized.
Great venue, we were on the floor for a concert. It was sold out but not oversold. Plenty of room to dance, safe/easy to walk to from local hotels. Great sound!
Came here for two concerts, most recent being BBNO$. Absolutely had a blast. the place is very nice and the security and other staff were very friendly. Though while on the second floor I did hear one of the guys working the alcohol stand up there mutter something about "feeling bad for these people" when me and couple other people walked past in a rude tone. But besides that it was a great experience and I'll definitely come here again for my next concert!
The venue is on the smaller side but fits a good crowd and is easy to get in and out of, especially with the nearby parking garage. Just skip the first few seated rows since views get blocked when people stand and security was not much help, but we would still come back and just choose different seats next time.
