Took our daughter to see the bbno$ concert and had a great time! Staff was super pleasant and friendly. Only negative I would say was the seating is extremely tight, especially for a venue that has concerts (more specifically, EDM concerts). No elbow room, no cup holders in seats, zero knee space between you and the seats in front of you. I'm 5'7 and 130lbs...felt like an elephant in a narrow hallway.
I've been here for a few different types of shows. I've been upper balcony once and lower twice. No real issues.
