Bad experience and very surprised, except it seems there are different people than when I purchased my bike a year ago. That was a 5 star experience this only 2. Not even sure if 2 starts are worth it. The tune was done, but much more expensive than the other shops in town. I pointed out that the cadence sensor was not working, even brought the bike computer in with the bike so the sensor could be fixed, not!!! and why not.
