Met with Mark the 1st time to sign a POA. He advised it was ok for a non blood family member to act as a witness. Well that is actually a conflict of interest and no one would accept it. So we had to call him to come back out to sit another POA. Well actually tried to charge a trip fee even though it was his doing!!! 1st off this is something that should have been discussed prior to the appointment if that was the case. 2nd off he spent the entire time apologizing, then tries to slip in the charge….
