Totally recommend Ariva! Renee does amazing with waxing services. Professional and top notch! She also made excellent makeup product and color/shade recommendations for a family member. I need to try more services because there are many, but I’ve had excellent, positive service experience !

My mom bought me 3 massages just before the pandemic. I got to use one pre-pandemic. When I called to schedule my next as soon as they were open again, everything seemed fine. But when I went to use the 2nd gift certificate (of 3) THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR, they said a new owner took over and the last owner was given all the money from even past gift certificates so they wouldn’t honor it.
