I had a horrible experience at this store today. This is the first time I've ever shopped here. My sixteen year old daughter wanted to buy an outfit with the money she got from her birthday. We bought a sweatshirt and sweatpants. We went to the register our total was 172.78. I handed the cashier what I thought was $100 bill, as $50 bill, as $20 and a $5. I can’t get over how much they push to make sales here. It is appalling. The employee who was harassing me in the change room (I believe her name was Bianca) was so extremely pushy with wanting me to try on other things, every-time I opened my curtain to look in the mirror she was standing directly outside my room with comments about what I was wearing. We were trying to find outfits for a wedding on short notice, we came to the mall for Aritizia unfortunately we couldn’t get them to pick up the phone. But we were still eager to find my cousin a dress for the event. While we were looking when the warmest bundle of energy; a woman named Precious came to ask if we needed help, she helped my cousin think about outfits, give her feedback, and encouraged her with a big smile.
