Heba at the somerset location is the most sweetest kindest beautiful smile so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me I just had a knee surgery and ordered a package stuff was missing for my package, but come to find out the babysitter, actually stole stuff out of my package. I used to work at the Chicago location and I was absolutely taken aback by how they treat customers at this Somerset location. My friend and I came to do some shopping and not once did someone come up to us to offer to help or set up a fitting room for us since we had so many things in our hands. When we headed to try on some items in the fitting room, the workers didn’t approach us so I had to ask them for a room even though they were right there and there was no line… and would just stare at us and not even offer any assis... read more
It’s my birthday, I came to shop for the weekend.. the associates aren’t as accommodating/friendly as any other aritzia I’ve been in. Very rude and uncomfortable experience for me
so off putting and rude, you will literally get an up-down dirty look from every staff member ... it’s like every entitled mean girl from high school chose to work this $15 retail job
