first time shopping here and honestly it was one of the best shopping experiences i had in a while. They saw that I had a lot of outfits that I wanted to try on and started a room right away without asking. Came in and checked in on me every 3-5 min. Was willing to get multiple different sizes as I was not familiar with the sizing here.
When I walked i got welcomed by the sweetest staff volunteering to hold my stuff and help me it soo cute the the atmosphere is so peaceful and beautiful
Hanna Sk. is truly the best! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She took the time to understand my style, gave me honest advice, and helped me find pieces that I absolutely love. Her kindness and attention to detail made my shopping experience so special. This place is so overrated, overpriced for basic plastic BS! It's all the same every single year. Low frequency, fabric and clothing. Not to mention terrible customer service
The staff there is always so kind and caring!! Espically Izzy, she is super helpful and sweet! At somerset mall, Aritzia is always my first stop, because of the staff, clothing, and overall experience.
