Absolutely hate shopping here. If you aren’t white, don’t expect any customer service. I have shopped in other Aritzia stores and they have so much better customer service, regardless of what you look like. Edited to add that so many other reviews echo this experience. If you have at least one POC friend, don’t shop here because even if you don’t experience the discrimination firsthand, they will.
Spend thousands and thousands of dollars here for them to give me a problem about an exchange I had to go out of my way for with concierge and the store fronts have a huge communication issue . Tell me after spending days communicating with concierge, then finally they tell me to go into the store front by a certain date the make an exchange, I do that get there and they tell me they don’t have the same style in stock ( not sure why concierge couldn’t let me know that before wasting my time) then said okay I’ll go with a dif... read more
Worst store ever super rude people. Also called rang for 10 minutes then someone finally answered and didn’t say anything if sound like someone in the back picked it up and put it on the desk and waited for me to hang up
The worst store ever. If something is discounted they only give yoh store credit. 14 day return policy or guess what, store credit. Over priced and quality is bad. They have you call customer service for anything. Don't bother
