I went into this store after many failed attempts to find a business professional outfit for my dental school interview and this store had exactly what I was looking for! Ally and Kyla (I don’t know if I’m spelling either of their names right I’m sorry!!) were so helpful and sweet as I tried on like 25 different pairs of pants lol. If you are looking for cute business casual or professional wear, this is the place to go! The customer service here is phenomenal! Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly—truly the best I’ve seen in retail. I only gave four stars because many items were out of stock, and I had driven an hour and a half to visit.
👎🏼The return policy is 2 weeks from the date your order ships, NOT from the date you receive it. 👎🏼I received a top by mail with the security sensor still attached and live 45 min. away. 👎🏼I received a top that had deodorant marks, looked worn, and was severely wrinkled, which I then returned. 👍🏼Great dress pants and basics when you find your fit/size.
Heba at the somerset location is the most sweetest kindest beautiful smile so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me I just had a knee surgery and ordered a package stuff was missing for my package, but come to find out the babysitter, actually stole stuff out of my package.
