One of the few places that offers Animal Flow, which I love for working out my flexibility, strength, balance and awareness of movement! I was completely new to Animal Flow but left my first class sweating and impressed with how much I learned thanks to amazing Animal Flow instructor, Catia, and Yoga instructor, Neemi. Catia was attentive, corrected my form, and slowed down any movements that I struggled with. Very nice place with a very pleasant atmosphere, the biomat was an amazing experience, I was able to get into a very deep meditative state, loved it ! yoga is great, every single human being should practice that !! Thank you Neemi and Lisa !
I really enjoyed my session! It was very therapeutic, relaxing, and a great step in the wellness direction via Yoga, meditation & stretching. Im going to rebook soon and also pass along references/referrals. This was my 1st time doing Yoga and if its your first time I recommend it as well.
