I have traveled with this service at least 10 times to go to Tucson. It is fine because it is the only one but that allows them to behave in less than nice ways when you try yo give them feedback, since they know there is no where else you can go. Every time I'm given a departure time, the departure is delayed by at least 10 minutes. If they tell me we will leave in 5, they leave in 15 or more.
