I have had the privilege of working with Anne in one on one craniosacral sessions , and have just started her therapeutic yoga group class. Both are amazing! After the private sessions I have felt such deep emotional calmness/stillness as well as release of physical discomfort. I was initially introduced to Anne via her therapeutic yoga class, which I've attended for over a year. She is a gifted teacher and class is therapeutic in so many ways...far more than asanas. I have been taking Therapeutic Yoga from Anne for several years. Initially for balance and ease of movement. I have that now. I also have found a greater sense of mind/body connection, focus and tools to achieve peace in trying situations. Anne has taught me so much in her gentle well-informed way. I look forward to each class. She also has helped me with physical issues in private cranial sessions. She is gift in my life.
