Thanks to Sarah on the other end of the phone when I called in last week, my experience was exceptional!
Had us waiting for an 2hrs and 30mins. Drivers speed when fully loaded and not once have been on time. HIGHLY do not recommend this excuse of a shuttle service.
Horrific operation.
Always late to DFW Airport pickup by Terminal A. Always haphazard service chaos random. A disgrace to have the audacity to refer to this as a shuttle why is that allowed to happen and continue. Obviously no quality control or quality assurance. Beyond horrible.
