Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall level of care and follow-up I received. I was treated primarily by a student, which in itself was not a problem for me. My concern was the lack of supervision, communication, and follow-up throughout the treatment. During the entire course of treatment, I was never contacted to see how I was progressing or whether the treatment was helping.
