Kelley is amazing at hair I never leave disappointed
I went to Victoria for a skin consultation. She charges $20 for this and it can be applied to your treatment if within 30 days. Fine by me! What wasn’t fine with me is that during our “skin” consultation, Victoria didn’t even look at my skin. Sure, I was able to voice my skin concerns and goals. But to me, the point of a consultation is for the professional to at least look at my skin!!!
