We had a warranty and service issue with a manufacturer and dealership. Neither party wanted to take responsibility for the (major!) repairs that were needed . Joseph was knowledgeable, professional and guided us through a tricky situation. His legal advice was well considered and he was always available to discuss issues as they arose .
