After purchasing a brand new Hyundai Tucson in December 2023, I began experiencing serious issues with the vehicle in June 2025. Despite multiple failed repair attempts, Hyundai refused to accept my claim for a refund. I lodged an application with NCAT and, before the hearing, engaged Joseph. Where do I start. I stumbled upon the amazing Joseph from a quick google search and oh my gosh did I land the right guy. We rejected our luxury vehicle after only having done 40K because it needed a new engine and after speaking with Joseph I knew he could help us.
