If I could give ARICO ten stars for both their product and service, I absolutely would! I contacted them to inquire about their junior bean bags as a birthday gift for our 13-year-old son. After mentioning his height, their team thoughtfully recommended the adult lounge bag instead, explaining that it would suit him better now and as he grows. I am very happy with the product and the service. It was a difficult ordeal to receive the package due to the failing of the delivery company; however, Arico took very good care of the situation and diligently followed-up and worked with me to ensure the situation was corrected. I could not have asked for more and found their support to be beyond what we are familiar with in today's world. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to buying more of these excellent products that are made here in Canada.
