Not sure they actually understand the law, they can't seem to coherently explain why or what they're doing. Just another parasitic attorney who tacks on as many fees and skirts the law to earn a dollar, it's kind of embarrassing to be honest. It's obvious that Carlos has never performed a real, honest day's work in his life which you can tell with one look at him. Not someone who commands respect, but then again he is a lawyer, so what respect would there be to begin with?
Our HOA is small and initiated "self-management" following our conversion 4 years ago. Carlos and his staff have been by our side, every step of the way, and we couldn't do it without their experience and expertise. They are always helpful, reliable, and supportive as they guide us, with their wealth of knowledge, through whatever comes our way. We are very grateful for this team and having them on as our HOA Attorneys is the best decision this HOA has made! No regrets.
